With fragrances the returns are a little different. Any fragrance that is less than 1/3 used can be returned for any reason within 30 days --this offer does not apply to soaps and body creams. If any fragrances, soaps, and creams are defective: package broken, out of date use period, etc, then you will receive a pre-paid return label and return for full refund or free reorder of any product of equal value on our ebay store.

In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, please email or message us through ebay messaging.
