Important Instruction:
Please use ORDINARY TAP WATER instead of distilled or purified water when you use the steamer for the first time. Otherwise the unit might give an ALARM!
This item has a “Low Water Safety Alarming System”, and if it detects there is no water or not enough water left in the cup, it will give constant alarm to warn you as well as not let the machine work at all.
When the steamer is brand new, there is no electrolyte in the cup at all. And if you use distilled/purified water, the water is also very clean. So there is nothing for the steamer to feel like water.
Solution to this is USING ORDINARY TAP WATER or/and ADDING SALT INTO THE WATER, which will bring electrolyte into the cup to make the unit detect there is water inside. The steamer will now start working.
-If Cold Spray is Not Obvious:
Please drop vinegar into the water and cold vapour will become more powerful.
